Kristen Daniele, Esq. graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University. She thereafter received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she interned for the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, J.S.C. (Ret.) of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.  Since that time, Mrs. Daniele has practice primarily in the areas of family and matrimonial law. 

Mrs. Daniele is a devoted and compassionate family law practitioner and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law for both married and unmarried families. Mrs. Daniele is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey, the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, as well as the State Courts of New York.  She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New York Bar Association, as well as the Bergen County Bar Association. She volunteers as a panelist for the Bergen County Superior Court Early Settlement Panel.

Krystal is a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 7 years of experience supporting clients through various legal matters. With a strong background in family law, Krystal plays a key role in assisting our attorneys and clients, providing reliable support throughout the legal process. From managing client needs, assisting with billing question, and to coordinating communications, she ensures everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Known for her organizational skills and friendly, approachable demeanor, Krystal works hard to make our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.
