​​​​​Nancy Murray Horta is dedicated to the practice of family law and divorce related matters. Mrs. Horta maintains a careful balance of vigorous, intelligent representation with due consideration given to the financial circumstances and best interests of her client's, their families and their future.  Her knowledge of courthouse procedure and protocol often saves her clients money and time by ensuring that work is properly prepared the first time.

Mrs. Horta is experienced in matters regarding child custody, complicated child support issues, parenting time disputes and other family law related issues. 

Mrs. Horta has experience in handling complicated divorce matters including complex property division, business holdings, multiple property allocation and complicated investment portfolios. Mrs. Horta also has the ability to compassionately handle divorce situations where very few assets are being divided. She recognizes that both the client with multiple business holdings and investments and the W-2 wage earner deserve the same compassion and diligent representation.

Mrs. Horta has experience in representing client's with grandparent visitation issues, L.G.B.T.A. clients, married couples, non-married parents and those persons seeking prenuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.
